Frequently Asked Questions

What packages and themes are available? Please see a preview of our themes online or contact us for a brochure of our current themes.  We can also accommodate special requests, just share your vision with us and we'll help create it!


When should I make my booking?  We advise you to book at least a month in advance to avoid disappointment.  Payment of 50% deposit secures your selected date and theme.  Final payment can be made upon delivery of your sleepover hire package.

 
How is the bedding cleaned?  All our bed linen that is supplied is cleaned after every use to ensure the cleanliness and freshness of our linens.  Accessories are disinfected and wiped and spot cleaning on Teepee fabric is also carried out. 


Are pillows provided?  No, children should bring their own. 


Can the tents go outside?

No, the tents are designed for indoor use only.   

Which locations do you provide this service? Currently sleepover hire is only available in Dubai but join our mailing list to be made aware of new locations and additional services. 

How should I prepare the area where I want the sleepover party?

Before our team can set up, we need the host of the party to have cleared a floor space which is clean, safe and tidy. Kids Party Palace staff will not be able to help with moving furniture.

Why must I be there when Kids Party Palace setup?
We require the renter or a designated adult over the age of 21 MUST be there at the time of set up. You are required to inspect the  hired decor along with our staff before we leave the premises to ensure nothing is damaged. When we return the following day for take down, you or a designated adult must be there as we re-inspect the tents and decor.


When do you drop off and collect hire equipment?  Kids Party Palace can arrange a mutually suitable time for delivery on the day of the party.  Collection will be made the following day. 


How long does set-up take? Set-up typically takes 1 - 1/2 hours for base camp set-ups.  Additionally tents and/or spa setups may take longer.


How do I make a booking?  Please contact either by email or phone to speak with one of our party planners.   


Do you require a deposit?  Yes, in order to secure your desired date and theme, we require a 50% non refundable deposit payable by either bank transfer, cheque or cash. The deposit is deducted from the balance of your party package.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of AED 500 is required on the day we setup the party.  If no damages are found, you will get your AED 500 security deposit refunded.   If damages are found, the security deposit will not be returned or will be pro-rated at our staff’s discretion. Damages to tents and other decor include, but are not limited to: • Has been moved outside • Has been torn/slashed/ripped • Has come into excessive contact with pets or has water marks •  Additional children used the mattresses/decor which caused subsequent damages • Broken/damaged trays, décor


What else should I be mindful of before booking?  When we receive your booking confirmation we will provide you with a Hire & Purchase Agreement for review and signing.  

Adjusting the numbers of tepees needed
Sometimes you may end up with wanting more children to come to the party. Please do check with us that we have availability of more tepees and bedding sets as often every one of our tepees is spoken for in other parties.
